고해서 [Intermediate Grammar]

 - 고해서

➜ It is added to a stem of a verb or an adjective indicating 'it is one of the various reasons.' Therefore, it suggests other reasons exist.

Example: 

1. 이 근처에 볼일도 있고 해서 시내에 나왔다가 들렀어요.
    Now that I have something to take care of nearby, I dropped by after I went downtown. 

2. 바쁘지도 않고 해서 한 며칠 여행이나 다녀오려고 해요.
    Now that I am not busy, I am thinking about going on a trip for a couple of days.

3. 적금도 타고 해서 시골에 땅을 조금 살까 하는데・・・
    Now that I am withdrawing my savings, I am thinking about buying some land in the countryside.

4.머리가 아프고 해서 약속을 다음 주로 미뤘습니다.

     I postponed my appointment to next week because I had a headache.

5. 출퇴근이 불편하고 해서 직장 근처로 이사를 했습니다.

    I moved to a place close to work because commuting was inconvenient.

6 . 이번 주 토요일이 결혼기념일이고 해서 외식을 할까 해요.

     This Saturday is our wedding anniversary, so we're going to eat out.
