- 더라도
→ It has a low possibility to be added to the stem of a verb or an adjective but it is supposed to yield the possibility. Therefore, it has admitted the possibility of the preceding part as well as the accentuation of the latter part. The degree of supposition is stronger than a form -아/어도
Example:
1. 물건에 이름을 써 놓으면 잃어버리더라도 찾을 수 있어요 If you write your name on your belongings, you can find them even if you lose them.
2. 일찍 병원에 갔더라도 살지 못했을 거예요.
Even if he went to the hospital earlier, he would not have lived.
3. 제가 다시 이야기하지 않더라도 잊지 마세요.
Don't forget it even if I don't mention it again.
4. 제가 실수하더라도 귀엽게 봐주세요.
Please look cute even if I make mistakes.
5. 돈이 있더라도 그 사람에게는 빌려주고 싶지 않아요.
Even if I have money, I don't want to lend it to that person.
6.실패하더라도 한번 시도해 보고 싶습니다.
Even if it fails, I want to try.
